Board of Management for Evolution
Evolution is managed by a voluntary Board. The Board is currently made up of trustees representing the interests of the Borough of Darlington.
Current honorary officers are:
Charles Johnson (Chairman)
Kate Culverhouse (Vice-Chair)
Alan Coultas (Company Secretary)
As a charitable company limited by guarantee, these Board members also serve as company directors.
The Board take the lead on governance, strategy, personnel and sustainable development.
