Instructions on how to receive email alerts from Supply2Health

Note:

These instructions assume that you have already registered on Supply2Health.  Registration is free and can be done by going onto www.supply2health.nhs.uk and following the instructions after clicking ‘register’ located on the left-hand side.

1.            Go onto the Supply2Health website - www.supply2health.nhs.uk

2.            Click on ‘Structured Search and Alerts’ located on the left-hand side of the page

3.            In the search box type what you want to search for; ‘Durham’ for instance; and click ‘search’.  This will bring up all the adverts for Durham.

4.            Once the search has brought up all the results, click on ‘  Alert Me ’ which is located just above the list of adverts.

5.            This will bring you to a new page.  Make the changes as necessary and click ‘OK’.

Repeat instructions 3 – 5 for each search that you would like to be alerted for.  You may have an interest in being alerted for any obesity adverts for instance in which case you would put ‘obesity’ in the search box at point 3.  What you need to be aware of with this type of search is that it will bring up any obesity adverts from around the country and will not be exclusive to Durham.
