Recruitment & Brokerage

eVOLution provide a free service to recruit volunteers and promote volunteering and volunteering  opportunities. We work with schools, businesses and organisations to find volunteers with skills that will suit your organisation. We promote good practise and can offer advice and support from writing a volunteer policy, working with refugees and asylum seekers to reimbursing expenses.

By working with us, your volunteer opportunities will also be posted in the national database Do It, (www.do-it.org.uk) which can be accessed by anyone looking to volunteer.

 Each year, eVOLution helps organisations in Darlington find volunteers and offers a wide variety of placements. We are always on the look out for new volunteering opportunities and strive to offer the right placement to the right person.  We can also offer outreach services in schools & colleges to promote youth volunteering and volunteer recruitment sessions at your organisation or business to support people in  finding the right volunteering for them. We offer volunteers a 1-2-1 interview to discuss the role they would like to do and make referrals to existing opportunities within organisations to save you time and help you find the right people. We have a wide range of leaflets and booklets about volunteering in Darlington and the individual services we provide.
