This three hour course is intended as an update for organisations who work with vulnerable adults, to make staff aware of the potential for abuse, how to recognise it and what to do if a victim confides in them. Includes What is POVA, What is abuse, Types of abuse, Who is a vulnerable adult, Who are the abusers, Alerting and reporting.
